We received a request from the Japanese system integrator SIer.

Firstly, we would like to note that under the influence of COVID-19, enterprises, government agencies and business sector are rapidly switching to remote and online mode.

The question is:

Q 、 Can you prepare personnel (programmers) within a month so that the company can switch to remote and online mode and strengthen cybersecurity?

JoinJapan is currently collaborating with a total of 7000 outstanding programmers from software companies, and this is only in Kyiv.

According to our observations, similar orders are received by European-oriented development companies, and each one has a shortage of programmers. There is also a catastrophic lack of management class employees.

This question encouraged us to begin an immediate search for IT engineers engaged in offshore programming, not only in Kyiv, but throughout Ukraine, as well as in Belarus, Poland and Romania.

We have been cooperating with SIer for a long time, and representatives of this company have repeatedly visited Ukraine. Therefore, we intend to arrange all the conditions for them to work comfortably in Ukrainian companies.

In connection with the introduction of an emergency, we are ready to work on new conditions, however without losing quality!
